Your Responsibilities

As an IT Technician, you will work with daily IT support and technical assistance within the organization. The work will be conducted both remotely and on-site in various environments, depending on needs. You will become an important contact point for users and contribute to ensuring that the IT environment operates stably and efficiently in everyday life.

Your tasks include:

• Receiving, managing, and following up on IT-related issues
• Troubleshooting and resolving common problems related to computers, accounts, and peripherals
• Providing clear and professional support to users with varying technical levels
• Performing technical actions on-site as needed, such as:
  • Installation and troubleshooting of computers, monitors, and accessories
  • Assistance with user transitions, new hires, and workplace relocations
  • Basic connectivity and hardware-related issues
• Documenting work according to established procedures

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant education in IT or equivalent experience
• Has at least 2 years of experience in IT support or technical support
• Has a valid driver's license (B)
• Is service-oriented, solution-focused, and has a professional demeanor
• Enjoys communicating and building trust with users
• Is structured and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Is flexible and comfortable working in various environments
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently

Meritorious

• Experience with client management via Intune or another MDM solution
• Basic knowledge of networks, such as DNS, DHCP, and VPN
